These services include system infrastructure, data storage, customer database management, email marketing, marketing analytics, and online chat. These providers have limited access to your information and are contractually bound to protect and use it only for the purposes for which it was disclosed, consistent with this Privacy Policy.

Afrorian may allow third-party ad servers or ad networks to serve advertisements on the Service. These entities automatically receive your IP address and may use other technologies (such as cookies, JavaScript, or web beacons) to measure the effectiveness of their advertisements and to personalize the advertising content. Afrorian does not provide any personally identifiable information to these third-party ad servers or ad networks without your consent.
V. How We Secure Information and Data Retention
Security: Afrorian uses commercially reasonable physical, managerial, and technical safeguards to preserve the integrity and security of your personal information and to protect against accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, unauthorized disclosure, and access. However, we cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit or guarantee that your information on the Service may not be accessed, disclosed, altered, or destroyed by breach of any of our safeguards. In the event that personal information is compromised as a result of a breach of security, Afrorian will promptly notify those persons whose personal information has been compromised, as required by applicable law.
Data Retention: We retain personal information about you where we have an ongoing legitimate business need to do so (for example, as needed to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements). When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your personal information, we securely delete the information or anonymize it or, if this is not possible, securely store your personal information and isolate it from any further processing until deletion is possible. If you have elected to receive marketing communications, we retain information about your marketing preferences for a reasonable period of time from the date you last expressed interest in our content, products, or services.
